Nigel Wild is co-founder of the TLP practice and has almost fifteen years experience as a senior consultant.

During this time he has worked in a wide range of industries, with his main focus being in financial services and pharmaceuticals.

Creating better results through developing and implementing strategy has been central to our clients, TLP’s and his success.

Work on turnarounds, repositioning and growth strategies has sharpened his capabilities and focus and he is in increasing demand from clients who need to radically improve the performance of their organisations.

Nigel has a real capacity to understand businesses and the people who lead them and to work collaboratively with the leadership team to come up with and implement unique strategies and solutions.

Before founding TLP Nigel ran several successful businesses focusing on property investment, retail and wholesale distribution. Nigel is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an accredited MBTI facilitator. He is a creative and sought after presenter and has featured at several national financial services conferences.

Nigel is the father of six children and a keen golf player. He divides his time between Sydney and the Upper Blue Mountains where he has built an environmentally sensitive home and artists’ retreat. He loves literature and ideas of all kinds, is an avid reader and enjoys bushwalking.
